Welcome to our website

The Chevin Singers choir was formed in January 2011 with the simple aim of singing for pleasure.
We are a mixed choir meeting weekly to rehearse.

"...even the greyest days are flecked with song...."
 from 'Traffic' by Jo Bell

We are a welcoming community choir; all you need to join is an enjoyment of singing and companionship!

At present our alto section is extremely full; consequently we have a waiting list for alto singers. If you would like to go on the waiting list, please send an email to  [email protected], and we will contact you when space becomes available.

Alternatively alto voices who would like to have a go at singing either the soprano or tenor parts are welcome to join immediately - we have a thriving mixed tenor section, where the women slightly outnumber the men!

There is no waiting list for soprano, tenor or bass singers.

No need to read music and no audition.

The Choir meets every Tuesday DURING TERM TIME between 10.00am - 12.00pm.
